The quest to get all free subscribers to donate at least $5 is still going on. So far it’s 70 out of 1,254 and I appreciate you 70 greatly.

I remain throttled on X and Facebook though I have only a few loyal readers on Twitter/X. Maybe 20 out of 7K+. On Facebook, it’s about 200 out of 3K+. But, I will keep posting here and sharing it.

Here, my numbers are much better, since my posts go directly to your e-mail boxes, but the click-through percentage has never been anywhere near 50%. I’ll take that, however.

Back when I used to make a few posts available only to paid subscribers, the wailing and gnashing of teeth was insane. So, I made all of my posts free, which means that I have to explicitly ask for donations. This sometimes results in being called a grifter and a fraud simply for asking - as if I hold guns to the heads of donors. 

My content is well into the 3000s on various platforms, including this one.

I’m not a sensationalist; I try to talk about things that make people think.

Right now there’s an online uproar about that black girl who claimed that a black guy hit her in the head with a brick while other black men stood around, watched and did nothing.

Observation: that’s no lady.

This chick managed to raise $40K in donations after crying about it on TikTok with her alleged injuries in plain view. It turns out that it was a hoax and that she’s run identical scams like this before!

Yes, she’s getting called all kinds of names, but she’s laughing all the way to the bank. Again. 

$40,000 for nothing.

When you donate to me, I tell you what it’s for: to live. To do normal things like get my car fixed and get my nails done. To pay my utilities. To buy coffee. To pay rent.

I suppose I could injure myself or tweak into the camera, but that is just too much crazy for an old lady - in spite of the fact that my backside is still rather attractive. I’d rather keep writing and have a lot more of you reading. And I’d like to receive donations.
