Women have always been involved in ministry, always. The question goes to leadership, really. One thing I can tell you that probably points to the right answer: any time you look at any church, protestant or Catholic, the thing to look at is how many women are in leadership positions. The more women in leadership, the more the congregation will hemmorhage.

Also, the first time a job becomes a woman's job, she will likely be replaced by a woman, and more women will be in leadership. Soon, most or all your leadership will be female.

And mostly, your members will be women, or lost weak ineffectual men.

If you want men to lead, you must get women to follow, and accept this.
